  • Xanga Health Challenge Day 3

    Well, today was pretty much a shit day as my lunch was deffinatly not healthy. But hey, not everyone is perfect and im writting it down and keeping myself accountable instead of cheating and pretending nothing bad happend...

    Breakfast: 2oz bag of sliced apples, 1  packet sugar free oatmeal

    Snack: (my free one) jelly belly's

    Lunch: homemade nachos (doritos and skim cheese) 18 oz of water, 1 multi vitamin

    Dinner: PB&J sandwhich with 7 sliced strawberries

    Snack: 10 oz 2% chocolate milk

    Excercise: 32 minutes on the gazelle, 100 situps

  • Xanga Health Challenge Day 2

    well, today went a little bit better excercise wise at least... food was about the same thoough and andes mint did sneak its way in somehow...

    Breakfast: Fiber 1 cereal bar

    L: 16oz skim milk, 2 mini cucumber sandwhiches (2 dinner rolls, cucumber slices, skim cheese, mustard), 10 mini rice cakes.

    S: 36 oz of water, 1 andes mint, 8 saltine crackers

    D: peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, 5 sliced strawberries, 2oz bag of sliced apples

    Excercise: 30 minutes on the gazelle, 100 situps, 10 pushups
