well, today went a little bit better excercise wise at least... food was about the same thoough and andes mint did sneak its way in somehow...
Breakfast: Fiber 1 cereal bar
L: 16oz skim milk, 2 mini cucumber sandwhiches (2 dinner rolls, cucumber slices, skim cheese, mustard), 10 mini rice cakes.

S: 36 oz of water, 1 andes mint, 8 saltine crackers
D: peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, 5 sliced strawberries, 2oz bag of sliced apples

Excercise: 30 minutes on the gazelle, 100 situps, 10 pushups
